Snapshots - Iceland

*

Hey you! I'm back!
I had a lovely week last week. I started with 5 days in Iceland and ended the week at Grönalund in Stockholm.
The trip to Iceland was amazing. I met a lot of lovely people and I'm looking forward to seeing them again. I'm not sure whats next to come right now except for catching up in math.. but I guess we will see. Hope you had a great week and I will talk to you later and maybe post the video from our trip.

Love, Erika

I'm Going To Iceland

*

Sorry for the lack of updating these last few days.
I've had a lot to do in school this week so my life has been quite un organized.
But it's all for a good thing.

Today it's Sunday and I just got back from our weekend trip to Sävö.
Tomorrow morning I have to get up super early because I'm going away on a trip with my school.
And we are going to Iceland!
I'm super exited but I'm far behind with the packing and should really focus on that...but my nails aren't gonna paint them self.

San Francisco - The Movie

*

This is the first video from our trip to California earlier this summer.
Hope you like the video and it inspirers you to travel there yourself.
San Francisco is truly an amazing city and I'm planing on going back very soon.

ps. sorry for the music in the video, it was the only thing I could find that fitted the time of the video.

Blueberry Pie

*

If there is one thing I love in this world that I love except from my family, music and fashion, blueberry pie would be on top.
And thats why I thought that I would share the recipe with you.

What you will need:
For 10 people

5dl - plain flour
2dl - sugar
1msk - vanilj sugar
1krm - salt
250g - butter
2,5dl - oats
1 liter - blueberries

Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Then cut the butter in to small piece and mix that in with the other ingredients.
Make sure that it turns out crumbled.
Then you should take out a pie-tin and put some of the dough in the bottom of the pie-tin.
Then your next step is to pure in the blueberries and gently over it with the rest of the dough.
You then put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes on 225C degrees celsius.

Then serve the pie with ice-cream, vanilla visp or something of your choice.

All measurements are in Swedish but you can easily convert them in to your system.

Blueberry Picking

*

Here's a few pics from my weekend in SmÃ¥land.
I, my family and our friends went crayfish fishing and blueberry picking last weekend.
I had a great time even if it tho rained the hole weekend.
I thing we got 150 crayfishes and 14 liters of blueberries, so I would say that the trip was a success.

Graffiti

Art

*

To be honest I love Graffiti.
At least when it's good.
These two pictures are taken in my home town and it might not be the best pieces but the color and the massage made me happy when I walked to school this morning.
So I thought that I would share it with you in hope of making your day a little bit brighter.

Last Lunch Time

*

Yesterday I went to lunch with my mother since I this week have been at my internship place all week.
We went to Coffee House By Gorge for lunch and their Chicken salad was really good.
I was a little disappointed that they didn't have Caesar Salad but the chicken was also god so it's okey.
